We have an in-and-out drive without gates. The best entrance to use is the one uphill of the house.

The surface is gravelled, flat and on a slight slope.

There are no marked parking bays but ample room for all cars which should be parked close to a hedge as the Postman likes to drive through!

We are happy to help with luggage.

Additional Information

Assistance dogs are welcome.

Mobile phone reception is almost non-existent so we offer the free use of our landline to other landlines at any time.

A small fridge in the laundry room on the 1st half-landing is used for fresh milk and water.  Medication/food and larger items can go in this or one of our 3 other fridges!

This is a non-smoking house.

In the event of evacuation, in addition to the fire escape routes detailed in the folders in the bedrooms, we can use the front and back doors plus the door from the dining room into the conservatory. The alarms on each floor are radio-linked and independent of the electricity supply as is the emergency lighting. If you need extra assistance due to a hearing impairment please notify us on arrival.
