Here are some sample menus just to give you an idea of the sort of food we serve at
Yew Tree House. All main dishes are served with fresh vegetables.

Smoked salmon served on potato rosti with horseradish cream

Rack of local lamb with a pink peppercorn jus, served with a celeriac and potato puree

Fresh raspberry bakewell tart served with raspberry coulis and cream
